Under specific temperature and time conditions, the resin undergoes a cross-linking reaction and forms a solid overall structure with the carbon fiber. The entire curing process is precisely controlled by a computer to ensure that the degree of curing of each plate is uniform and consistent, thereby ensuring the stability of its mechanical properties. After the curing is completed, it is necessary to undergo fine cutting, grinding and surface treatment processes to remove excess corners and burrs, so that the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the plate reach extremely high standards.
